1. What we collect
Email and password hash, messages and conversations, token/points usage, payment orders and on-chain transaction references, and technical logs such as IP for security and debugging.
2. Why and where
Data is stored in our service databases to provide the service, meter usage, prevent abuse, and support users. To generate answers, message text is sent to the model provider (DeepSeek API). We do not use third-party analytics.
3. Retention and backups
Conversations remain until account deletion or an operator retention decision; daily backups are kept for up to 7 days. Payment records may be kept longer for accounting.
4. Your choices
You can ask about access, correction, or deletion of your data. Deletion may not be immediate because of backups or legal obligations. We do not sell data.
